About the directory

What is PCO Directory?

PCO Directory helps London private-hire drivers find information and compare approved providers, including MOT garages, PCO rentals, Group 2 medical clinics, accountants and vehicle services.

Is it free for drivers?

Yes. Browsing the directory and sending a request are free. You pay any provider directly for the service you choose.

Are you part of TfL?

No. PCO Directory is independent. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Transport for London.

Finding a provider

How do I search?

Choose a service, then enter a postcode or London area. On a service page, you can also filter and sort the results.

What does Example listing mean?

It means the listing is fictional and is only showing how a real listing will look. Example listings do not contact a real business, and their prices and phone numbers are not real.

How do you choose providers?

We plan to list approved businesses with an active agreement with us. Any paid or referral relationship is shown on the listing.

Are the prices up to date?

Where a provider has confirmed a price, we show the date it was confirmed. Prices can change, so always check the total with the provider before you book.

Sending a request

Is a request a confirmed booking?

No. A request is not a confirmed appointment. The provider confirms its own date, time, price and conditions.

Who sees my request?

For now, requests come to the PCO Directory team first. If we pass your request to a provider, it will be so they can help with it. Read our Privacy policy for more information.

What should I not send?

Please do not send medical details, financial documents, or copies of your licence or ID through our forms.

Listings and corrections

How do I report a mistake?

Use our Contact page and choose Correct a listing. Tell us the business name and what is wrong.

How can my business join?

Send us your details through our Partner enquiries page. We plan to work with a limited number of contracted providers per service and area.

Advice and official information

Does PCO Directory give advice?

We provide general information, not legal, medical, financial, tax or insurance advice. Please check official sources or speak to a qualified professional about your situation.

Can I book my TfL inspection here?

No. Use TfL’s official process for your vehicle licensing inspection. An ordinary MOT does not replace it.
